What is this reward point system you offer?

AWDMods.com offers a reward point system for most items on the website. In most cases, reward points are equal to one percent of the item value. These points can be redeemed on your future orders.

How do I redeem my reward points?

To redeem your reward points when ordering, you must be logged in to your AWDMods.com account at checkout. On the shopping cart page, you will be asked if you would like to redeem any rewards points. You can then choose to enter a few, or all of your points, as a credit towards your order.

How can I check my reward balance?

When you log into your account, your reward balance will be next to your avatar in the top right. If you’d like to see a detailed breakdown of your reward points you can click the “Reward Points” link located in the account menu on the right hand side.

Why are my reward points not showing after I placed my order?

The reward points program will add the points from your order upon completed shipment of the order.  If your order is canceled, returned or refunded, the reward points for that order will be voided.

Do my Reward Points Expire?

Yes. Points expire after one year from which they were earned.
