Drop about half the weight of your stock driveshaft with Driveshaft Shops 1-Piece Carbon Fiber Driveshaft! By removing the stock 2-piece driveshaft and installing a single piece shaft, your WRX STI will feel more responsive due to being lighter as well as the fact that the hanger bearing is no longer moving up and down during acceleration. The shaft itself is 2.75" Carbon Fiber, featuring larger replaceable u-joints and can handle up to 850 WHP and speeds up to 180 MPH, we do not recommend going above this speed or horsepower rating while using this 1-Piece Carbon Fiber Driveshaft. To ensure strength and durability, tubing is custom wound with a high modulus fiber while also making it small enough to clear debris and other things found on the road. The ends are made out of 6061-T6 aluminum and that shaft weighs only 12.2lbs! All OEM shields, plates, and covers can be used without any modification to the car at all.
